As a student who receives peer notes as a reasonable accommodation, you are responsible for:

attending every class as scheduled

accessing notes regularly

notifying us immediately when you drop the course for which you have a notetaker

paying close attention to the assignment deadlines, test dates, etc. by diligently checking the syllabus, blackboard and professor's notifications

reporting to us immediately if you have any issues with provided notes

contacting us with any questions you may have on the content of the notes
