Request for Accommodations    Help

Hello! This section allows you to renew your accommodations.

Once you submit an accommodations renewal, your current accommodations will automatically be approved.

Once a renewal has been submitted and approved, your professors will automatically receive an email and instructions on how to access your accommodation letter by logging in to this website. You can access your accommodation letter on this website at any time once your request has been submitted and approved.

Because your accommodation letter is sent out to your current professors as soon as you submit your request, please be sure to update your renewal after any professor or course changes at any time during any semester.

If you are requesting changes to your accommodations, the Office of Student Accessibility will be notified of your request. You will need to meet with an OSA staff member to continue this process.
